SignalSafe / Manitowoc Crane Status Light Bar / Ampel
The Signal Light Bar is designed to clearly signal the load status of mobile cranes using visual and acoustic means. The equipment consists of the main and LED printed circuit boards (PCBs). The main PCB contains power supply, LED driver, micro-controller and CAN bus sections. The LED PCB contains 3 color groups (green: 530 nm, amber: 590 nm, red: 627 nm) of 6 high-power LEDs each (provides) good visible signaling even in high ambient light. Power and communication wires are routed through shielded cable with an M12 industrial connector. Internally, the cable wires are soldered to the main PCB. There is a separately mounted buzzer for producing a penetrating acoustic alarm indication. It is connected by 2 wires soldered to the main PCB.
3×6 High brightness LEDs for WARNING lights (GREEN, AMBER, RED)
The LED PCB contains 3 color groups (green: 530 nm, amber: 590 nm, red: 627 nm) of 6 high-power LEDs each (provides) good visible signaling even in high ambient light.
Available also with warning BUZZER
There is a separately mounted buzzer for a penetrating acoustic alarm indication.
